1 paketti silotofua
1 valkosipuli
1 sipuli öljyä paistamiseen
1 cm pala inkivääriä
1 tl chilijauhetta
1 prk (135g) kimchiä
1 levy noria tai muuta merilevää
8 dl vettä
1 prk pavunituja
suolaa ja pippuria
seesaminsiemeniä koristeluun
1. Kuullota kuoritut ja hienonnetut sipulit pannulla öljyssä. Lisää joukkoon raastettu inkivääri ja chilijauhe. Mittaa joukkoon kimchi ja merilevä.
2. Paista aineksia miedolla lämmöllä noin 5 minuuttia. Lisää lopuksi vesi ja anna keiton kiehua noin 20 minuuttia.
3. Leikkaa tofu pieniksi kuutioiksi ja lisää ne keittoon kypsennyksen loppuvaiheessa. Laske lämpöä ja hauduta keittoa noin 5 minuuttia. Vältä voimakasta sekoittamista, jotta tofun rakenne säilyy ehjänä.
4. Lisää lopuksi hyvin huuhdotut ja valutetut pavunidut keittoon. Tarkista maku ja mausta suolalla ja pippurilla tarpeen mukaan.
Koristele valmis keitto seesaminsiemenillä ja tarjoile kuumana.
