4 sipulia
öljyä paistamiseen
2 tl kuminaa
ripaus suolaa ja pippuria
400 g jauhelihaa
400 g maissia
2 dl punaista maitoa
50 g voita
1 tl sokeria
0,5 tl suolaa
muutama basilikan lehteä
1 dl rusinoita
4 keitettyä kananmunaa raasteena
1 dl oliiveja
Pastel de choclo on perinteinen chileläinen ruokalaji, joka on yhtä suosittu Chilessä kuin makaronilaatikko Suomessa. Kokeile tätä herkullista reseptiä ja nauti siitä yhdistettynä paikalliseen viiniin!
1. Kuullota hienonnettu sipuli kattilassa öljyssä. Lisää kumina, suola, mustapippuri ja jauheliha. Paista ja sekoittele noin 10 minuutin ajan, kunnes jauheliha on kypsää.
2. Laita toiseen kattilaan maito, voi, sokeri ja maissijyvät. Lisää ripaus suolaa. Kiehauta seos ja soseuta sitten sileäksi. Anna hautua 5–10 minuuttia, kunnes seos paksunee.
3. Levitä voideltuun uunivuokaan sipuli-jauhelihaseos. Lisää päälle hienonnettu basilika, oliivit, rusinat ja kananmunat tasaisesti. Lopuksi levitä jauhelihaseos tasaisesti päälle. Peitä kaikki maissisoseella. Paista uunissa 175 asteessa noin 30 minuuttia, kunnes pinta on kauniin kullanruskea.
