1 rkl öljyä
4 kananmunaa

Shakshuka on herkullinen lähi-idäläinen ruokalaji, joka sopii erinomaisesti brunssiin, lounaaseen tai illanistujaisiin.
1. Kuori ja kuutioi chorizo, ja paista se puolikuumassa padassa hiljalleen omassa rasvassaan. Sillä aikaa kun chorizo paistuu, kuori sipulit sekä poista chilistä ja paprikoista siemenet. Hienonna sipulit ja chili, ja kuutioi paprikat.
